　This is one of the essay photos that I read today. It is really very interest, it talks about how Vietnam’s rural children life and depend on their life.

They are not getting help from the government according to all sides of human rights. So that when they reach at the age ten and above, the only thing they start doing and thinking is to go the big cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and start working for shining shoes selling postcards or pirated books, or trinkets and then send money back home they earn in those cities. This is one of the quotes that found most interesting which says “Official statistics show that Vietnam has 21,000 street children, the bulk of them in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City”

This photo essay is a bout the traditional celebration Caribbean coast of the Columbia. There is some interesting dancing in much different tripe that made at sometime, and you can see a lot of different people that are making dance, music is considered to the main essence of the carnival. You can see ancient African tribal dance and the Spanish music and that is the great impact on the Columbian culture and Columbian society. This photo is November 2003 and there are crazy masks photos are the integral part of the carnival.
Also has a funny and I like that.

This is a link to a picture from the great depression. Her name was Florence Owens Thompson and was photographed by Dorothea Lange in Nipomo. This is a famous photo of a mother with her children living in hard times in California. She also had to sell her tent so that her family could be able to purchase food. This picture is symbolic of the Great Depression. I always have a mental image of this lady with her children when I thinh about this day in age.
